We walk alot when we stay in Panama city beach, so pier park is a place to go. Acres and Acres of concrete to walk, and just off the beach. My wife loves this place, we also go here so she can shop. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff and manager! Candle Sale Days always seem to be madness, but this team was so helpful and kind, and seemed to handle the masses with efficiency and care. Thank you to all!

Cashier #3886979 on 6/28/23 was rude when I pointed out 2 items purchased were buy one get one free. She stated “you should of told me sooner.” I ended up paying full price for all items. She handed me my receipt to leave. There was no customer service or effort made to correct the error. In fact she made me feel as though it was my fault. Wow! I get it a lot of tourists go there, but I am not one! I will not go back to that store again.

Was asked several times by associates if I needed any help finding anything. Showed me all of the samples to help find a great scent of fragrance. Loved the environment and will be back.

I purchased wallflower refills and they leaked and ruined the varnish on my dining room table!!! I’m beyond furious! I promise that I will take this to small claims court if they don’t take responsibility and compensate!
