Went inside and was quickly greeted by Laney. She was super polite and pointed me to the soap I wanted. Was super easy to check out as well; Alena was super kind and I loved her energy.
This is probably the best Bath & Body works I have ever been to.

We walk alot when we stay in Panama city beach, so pier park is a place to go. Acres and Acres of concrete to walk, and just off the beach. My wife loves this place, we also go here so she can shop. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Cashier #3886979 on 6/28/23 was rude when I pointed out 2 items purchased were buy one get one free. She stated “you should of told me sooner.” I ended up paying full price for all items. She handed me my receipt to leave. There was no customer service or effort made to correct the error. In fact she made me feel as though it was my fault. Wow! I get it a lot of tourists go there, but I am not one! I will not go back to that store again.
