One of our favorite resorts to stay in PCB as the rooms have always been clean and the location to Pier Park and other attractions are so close by.

Aqua is amazing. The condo was so pretty and clean. Great location. Staff was nice. Excellent place to stay. The beach is beautiful.

Stayed at Aqua in 2022 and was very pleased with our unit. It was decorated nicely and had all the amenities that were advertised. We stayed here in the fall of 2023 and were very disappointed in the unit. The sofa and loveseat were very uncomfortable . . . took us forever to get the TV in the living area to work properly. One of the beds didn't have a mattress pad or a top sheet. Had to request sheets and they still brought the wrong ones; we made it work. The clothes dryer didn't work properly; maintenance did come and take a look at it. Finally worked on the last night we were there. Hardly any storage for groceries in the kitchen area. The skybridge was closed the entire time we were there. The elevators in the parking garage were not working so one of our party that is partially handicapped had to walk up several flights of stairs because there were no handicapped spaces available on the street level. I would suggest that you have more handicapped spaces on the street level of the parking garage. We will probably look at other resorts for our next beach visit.

This was our 3rd trip to Panama City Beach and our 2nd time staying at Aqua (503). We're already planning our next trip. Great location, great beach, great pools, and a very nice unit. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend walking across the street to Shuckums and Diego's. Excellent food! It's a short walk to Pier Park and all of the shops.

Room was falling apart but besides that it was good. Great view, they had two pools and a indoor hot tub and a indoor section of the pool.

This place is just mediocre. It looks nice, but if your Disabled go elsewhere, no way to get to beach without steps, and all the showers after getting off the beach, are broken.

Absolutely amazing. Best beaches in the world right in front of you, unobstructed. Clean rooms, lots of space, and beautiful view. Easy parking with a catwalk. Staff was friendly and helpful and were on top of the check-in process.Rooms: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We slept 6 comfortably with plenty of room to kick back and relax.Nearby activities: Lots of tourist shopping right across the road, and a few restaurants. Many more restaurant and shopping options about a mile away called The Pier Park.Walkability: Easy access to the beach. Lots of tourist shopping right across the road, and a few restaurants.

All around, great resort! We were right on the beach, and we felt safe with security walking around checking to make sure people on the resort property had their arm bands. We were located on the 12th floor and had the best views. Photos attached.

Easy access to the parking, which there's plenty of. The Skywalk to the building is air conditioned, so after hauling all the luggage, was a breath of fresh air. Condo was amazing. Best view I've had in PCB. Looks like we are level.with the ocean when you first walk in. Everything was cleaned, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, and comfy couch. Within walking distance to Pier Park, and so many places.

First time staying here. The unit I stayed in was a remarkable 5 however the experience at the resort was the complete opposite. The staff on the ground are all rude. The indoor out door pool was always closed for the first hours of the day with the same excuse that it was due to maintenance however no one was maintenancing the pool and after 3 calls to guest services they would finally open it. The Aqua cafe is another thing they have a sign up that says open from 10am - 5pm but their website says 11 and they don’t actually open till after 11:30. They are under stocked and don’t have much you can order from and their drinks are horrible not to mention they are so unfriendly.

We had a great time at Aqua-511 for our vacation. The condo has great views of the beach and on the end of the building with a wrap-around porch. The master bedroom has a private door onto the patio which was super nice! The condo was clean, and spacious. Two big bedrooms, both with King size beds gave plenty room for us to spread out and move around. The biggest bonus was the QUEEN size bunk beds! There are two pools on the property that are beachside, and the beach is easily accessible. We like the fact that there are beach chairs right there for rent and you can also rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and boat trips to Shell Island. Across the street behind Alvin's Island you can rent golf carts.The condo kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There is also a full-size washer and dryer that was great to have to wash daily beach wear. I loved the fact that the parking garage was attached with a walkway, and you didn't have to attempt crossing the busy street with all your luggage and groceries.To access this condo, there is actually another elevator located on the west end of building. Made it easier to get to and from the condo. The main elevator on the 3rd floor at the walkthrough gets really busy at check-in and check-out time. Condo is close to great shopping, eating places and Pier Park. Right across the street from Shuckums.The only issues we had with the condo were minor for the most part. The blender in the kitchen didn't work. The shower head in the guest bathroom was made so that it would not angle all the way down and would spray out of the shower onto the floor if you opened door to get in/out. the guest bedroom REALLY could use some Blackout curtains. Alvin's Island is directly across the street and their lights stay on ALL NIGHT which makes it really bright in the bedroom. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you'll never get to sleep! I actually slept on the couch one night. The biggest issue was the sliding barn door closure on the kitchen closet. It is not secured with a guide on the floor and easily comes off the track when trying to open. It even fell completely off the track once and fell over onto my granddaughter. Fortunately, it did not injure anything or break. This is the most serious issue and really needs to be fixed/secured.All in all, the condo was great, our trip was great, and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to Aqua 511 again. Couldn't ask for anything better!

The help from the security team is the reason for the 5 stars. Wow! They bent over backwards to help! I contacted Aqua Parking multiple times, for help, prior to arrival with no response. The security team however, was there to help the whole way and didn't "run off" until I was in my room. So thankful for their help! No issues otherwise, we had a great time / stay!

It was my first time renting from AirBNB where I noticed this beautiful highrise on the beach.This luxury resort was a great decision made for me and my family. The entire unit is very spacious, with most of the living area facing the ocean, with large glass windows and doors throughout the entire back side that sits on the ocean.The location is GREAT! It's very close to Pier Park.Nearby activities: As mentioned, Pier Park is within view of the Resort.Walkability: The resort is close to most anything You would need while on vacation. It's location is one of its best features, because you're able to walk to a variety of shops, stores, Etc.
