From the moment we walked in there was no pressure in buying a mattress. It was a wonderful experience in the store. With our purchase, delivery was great the set-up was done by the owner and manager. It was no hassle and amazing. Highly recommend this store and the team! Will be using them again and recommend them to all we know!

Cage did an excellent job on the sales floor and wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and ensured we made the right decision for our needs! As a salesman myself, excellent job, Cage!Cage, and the owner came out and quickly installed! They were polite, careful, and very diligent in their work!We're also a military family, so amazing discounts were added as well!Thanks Cage & Team!

Cage was very knowledgeable and attentive! Supports our military!Originally gave five stars and above review. Now, two weeks later no mattress, no call. Going to request a refund. Don’t like being the one that lowers the five star rating, but it was all talk and no action.

The owner was fantastic! Not too pushy & truly is a locally owned business. He and an assistant helped deliver the mattress and were very professional and prompt.I would definitely recommend shopping local with this business rather than the chain next door. Wonderful service and even sent a thank you card after the delivery. Small town, local, and genuine service. Five stars all around!

I enjoyed the old style customer service they showed me. With the big corporate stores you usually get a jerk that doesn’t have any care for you or for doing their job with pride.Not the case at America’s Mattress. The phone rang while the salesman named Caige (at the 23rd street store, Panama City) was helping me. I told him I didn’t mind if he answered it if he needed to. He responded with “I never answer the phone when I’m with a customer”I love it. Felt like a friend or even family while in the store. I fully recommend this buying from them.Do your part to fix the corporate ‘love of money’ problem with our world; Buy Local!

We went to browse mattresses and had a wonderful experience, so much so that we went ahead and bought one that day. I can’t say enough about the customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Caige, the manager, was phenomenal to work with.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this company. I really appreciate that one person saw me through from purchase to delivery. I worked with Caige and he was super knowledgeable about every product, patiently answered all my questions, no sales pressure, kept me updated, returned my calls quickly. I wanted to support a locally owned/operated business and I’m so glad I chose this place instead of a big box company. The owner even reached out to me when Hurricane Idalia caused a delay in getting my mattress AND came along with Caige on the delivery. Top notch service.

Absolutely the best customer service my wife and I have found. Greeted by Mark and he spent a lot of time going over the best mattress for our needs. Since our old mattress was being picked up for return and the new mattress wouldn’t be in for a few days, Mark personally delivered a loaner mattress. He went above and beyond to help us and we are truly grateful. We bought the Beauty Rest Black and it has been the best mattress we’ve ever owned. Thank you Mark, customer for life and all referrals will come your way!

Mark and his staff were super helpful and patient with me. I had no idea what I "liked" in a mattress. Mark helped me narrow down a few options and made sure I felt comfortable testing them out over and over to ensure I chose what was best for me. This process was very easy and I was able to purchase the perfect option for me. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends! Thank you :)

All I can say is WOW. I don’t think we have ever experienced such awesome service. We had to wait for an inheritance check to come in, in order to pay for our new bed. They still ordered what what we wanted, and was EXTREMELY patient while we waited for our funds. When the money finally came in, I called Mark to let him know, and apologized for it taking so long. His response was “no need to apologize, we’re just glad to take care of you”. Our bed is being delivered tomorrow. I will never go anywhere else for a bed or bed accessories. From the time we walked in they made us feel comfortable and there was no one pressuring us to buy anything. They are the true definition of awesome customer service, and it’s genuine, not fake just to get a sell. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Mark went above and beyond from start to finish!. I had called around and done my due diligence on different places around town. When i called America's Mattress, he was very courteous and patient. He made sure he found a mattress that would work for me. I would recommend this place ten times over. Thank you again .
