Went to get a volume fill, and received what looked like a regular fill. Days later the bulk had fallen out. They wouldn't do anything to make it right since it was 4 days from the fill date. Awful! Will never go back and strongly encourage others to go elsewhere.

What a great experience! I was checked in promptly and greated by Kirsten (Kiki). She applied a natural lash with length. NEVER TEARED ONCE! The pads were gel,unlike adhesive that causes you to tear....little did I know!!!! I was SUPER pleased with the elegant lashes I decided to get a brow lamination in addition! Definitely a fan of this studio & Kiki❤️

Shelby was really great! It was my first time getting my lashes done and I was a little nervous at first, but the end result is so good and I love them. She was super friendly and informative and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Overall an amazing experience. Thanks girl!!

I had a promo when they first opened and one of there techs did my eyelashes wrong because the itched the moment they were don’t I just thought it was normal then the next I my eyes were swollen for the irritation and I call back up to see why they itches and one tech said she could of put them on wrong but my solution was to get them off because it was super itchy and they even charged me for paying to get them off when it was their tech who put them on incorrectly will never go back

I got a set of hybrid lash extensions today by Staja and not only did she do a wonderful job at applying them but she was also very sweet and answered any questions I had ! Highly recommend her ! ?

Shelby did a fantastic job and she accommodated the table for me and made me super comfortable because i’m pregnant! it was my first time getting lash extensions done and she did sooo good and they don’t feel too heavy at all, she also was super nice and had a good conversation with her. i will for sure be back to get a fill and more lashes done by Shelby! receptionists were also super nice. great place!

I was very unhappy with my service. First the lashes were not the look that I asked for. I was coming in for a refill and had most of the lashes from the previous session and explained that I wanted to keep the same look just fill in in some areas most close to the bridge where a few had come off. The lashes when done were not as dense as I requested. Additionally the lady the was doing my lashes scratched my forehead with the instrument that she was using to pull the tape off. The instrument pierced my skin and was bleeding. Now there was not a great deal of blood but I saw blood when I was given the mirror to look at my lashes and it was stinging. I was not offered any type of antiseptic for my forehead or anything. Then when I was checking out I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no and informed the person that was checking me out that I was unhappy and had been scared on the forehead during the process. She just looked at me and stated how much I owed for the service. She did offer any apology or a reduction in the cost. The person that scratched me did offer another appointment to attempt to make the lashes more to my liking. This would be with the same person that did the lashes initially and scratched my forehead. Why would i go back and risk having the same thing happen? I ended up not going back and currently have a small scab on my forehead. I would not go back there again nor would I recommend this place not only because she scratched me but because of how the two people that were present handled the situation. I left with there with my forehead stinging , no antiseptic, and paying full price for the fill. I went home immediately and applied some antiseptic to the cut. I was and continue to be very upset and unhappy about the entire experience. ?.

I initially came in for a brow tint and ended up getting a brow wax and tint and lash lift and tint the last lift and tint looked good but the brow tint did not come out how I envisioned at all. To be blunt it looks really bad. The technician who did the service was very sweet and super informative. She did fine with the lash stuff but I think this place needs more training with brow tinting. Also I didn't clarify the prices with my technician so when I went to checkout it was 90$ more than what I though I was going to spend almost couldn't pay had to figure out something super embarrassing for me. Just make sure you get a clear price of what your services cost before you get them done. Overall lash stuff fine brows is meh. Everyone who I talked with was nice so customer service is not an issue.
