Dr. Castros is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes time to listen to me and doesn't make me feel like he is rushing me out. He also isn't quick to just prescribe me a medication which I appreciate. If he ever leaves from here I definitely will follow him!

If I could have rated a 0 I would have. This place over the years has gotten worse and worse. Last year they messed up 10 tubes of my blood so I had to go get my blood retake. This year after fixing all my kids records with them ( one of my kids go to Shands, they wrote the referral for it) they had no record of my kid going to shads or anything after she was 5. She is 9 know...then on 2/9/22 we had a physical done for my 6 year old bc she had to have one done for a surgery the following week. They was supposed to fax the paperwork to the surgery center and leave the hard copy for me to pick up. Once again they lost the paperwork and never faxed the paperwork over. This office does not care about it's patients and they are not organized enough to run a doctor's office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to find a better family doctor that really cares about there patients. This office should be closed down till they get it under control B4 they kill a patient.

I found a doctor I like there and then they are gone they can't seem to keep a good doctor. So I guess it ti.e to find another.

While I really like Dr. Bartley and some of the staff there is a serious phone issue. I hear pharmacies complain as well. Please get an office manager in there that can have the phone answered correctly and responsibly. I value that we have a medical center in Panacea but if the phone issues aren't fixed I may have to go elsewhere.

I know of many former employees there and all I can say is that the manager treats every body absolutely terribly and that’s why they can’t keep any staff. Maybe y’all should look into that.

Wonderful doctors, nurses, and receptionists but the manger seems to treat her employees very badly. I am a friend of a former employee and I have heard several horror stories of how mean, catty, and two faced the manger is. It seems as though a potato would be a better boss. Corporate is a joke if they can’t see through the “perfect boss” facade. Overall a wonderful practice but I would not want to work there.

The entire staff is amazing. We moved out of the area and we wish we could have moved them up north with us. They have always gone out of their way to care for us!

Convenient, friendly, more than adequate. However, there has been an ongoing problem getting someone to answer the phones. Their response is that there is an issue with the phone system. This has been going on well over a year, far past time enough to fix or replace the system.

I've been a patient for about three years. I chose this facility because it was convenient and no other providers in Wakulla County were taking new clients at the time. Of the office and nursing staff, half seem to care and listen, the other half not so much. The doctor takes time to listen and I trust her. It is very rare to have a staff member answer the phone which makes scheduling extremely difficult. I am considering finding a doctor in Tallahassee because of the phone issue. I am not the type to rush to the doctor for every little thing. By the time I need a doctor, I need to be able to get through to schedule. I've actually went to the ER a couple of times for issues a primary could have handled, if they'd answer the phone and scheduled.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Getting prescription refills can be a challenge at times and hard to get someone to answer the phones. I have been a patient there for 13 yrs and have always had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. I have been seen by two if the Dr's in this facility and while one takes the time to listen to what I have to say and answers my questions without making me feel like I'm ignorant or my questions are wasting there time. The other Dr. Is acts as if my questions are irrelevant and when I express my concerns they don't try to recommend a solutio. I know my own body and what works but they don't listen and do what they think is best and my health has gotten worse.I want to go back to the other Dr I was seeing there to begin with and don't know how to go about it without any hard feelings.
