Plenty of parking available, and the store is easily accessible for those with disabilities. The customer service was excellent, and the store was clean and well-organized. They offer the typical selection you'd expect from a Dollar General, and the prices are reasonable, despite the location.

Came down to Alligator Point for July 4th vacation and tried to call this store to see if they had a power cord for a tv I have. After their phone rang maybe three times they instantly hung up. Tried calling so I don’t have to waste time going up there for something I’m not certain they have. If there was another store like dollar general in panacea, dollar general would definitely lose a lot of business

Cold and frozen items set out for hours sometimes days before they finally put it away. I will be calling the health department. PLEASE SHUT THIS STORE DOWN

Two stars because staff is friendly other than that floor is unorganized products are not put away from the truck cannot get up and down all the aisles and then you stand in line for long periods of time

Worst store experience EVER! Shelves are empty or merchandise is still packed in boxes on carts. Filthy floors, must have never been mopped. Manager really is nonexistent or has no supervisor skills. Employees make every excuse possible not to do their jobs. There are a couple older ladies who have commendable work ethic, but those few can’t do it all & deserve a better team!
