Waited for someone to finish their lunch break to be told that we had to wait an additional 30 minutes and that the person we are waiting on didn't exist because they don't notarize. Terrible service.

Racist . Worst customer service ever been to the bank twice on a Saturday only day off and Employee is so rude lazy , not friendly worst Branch Ever terrible service,Not friendly , very RudeSeems they do not like to work or help customers. Walk ins are not welcome and courtesy and ethics are very far from employees .No Manager , very short staffLazy to take care of business

Today I visited the bank in Palmetto, (Crystal) was amazing. She help me and give me all her efforts, waited after hours till we finish all processes. I am so happy for the first experience and first time I visit this bank to open a new account ?Thank you

Low volume branch… small town. Very courteous staff. Difficult phone process. Could not speak to staff on phone to answer a question. Too bad the service industry has degraded to this point.

Worst customer service experience ever. Waste of time dealing with this branch. Maybe you should get in line with other Wells Fargo branches and have a more considerate staff and simple policies!!!

Just opened an account here.. A little worried as I did not check the reviews before doing so LOL... Can't speak for the tellers.. However, I must say Stephen was extremely helpful and efficient when opening the account. Exceedingly competent, and made the best use of the time we had. The process was quick and easy, straight forward, and I even learned some new things. Shoutout to banker Stephen.
