Kayla in the Pharmacy was professional and kind. I have been waiting for my prescription to come in and it was delayed, I called and she got it expedited for me. Not used to this level of service these days anymore.

I recently had a positive experience at Walgreens while picking up a prescription. Initially, I was surprised when I found out that my medication wasn't covered by insurance, and the cost was $57. However, thanks to the exceptional service from Kayla, an employee at Walgreens, my experience turned around completely.
Kayla went above and beyond by taking the time to search for an online coupon that saved me $30 on my prescription. Her willingness to assist and her dedication to customer service made a significant difference to me. In a world where everyone seems to be in a rush, Kayla's genuine help was truly refreshing.

I made an appointment to do the covid test and when i show up the girl in the Lab tell me,that they dont have covid tests and i can go somewhere else they have it.. Im 30 years old and it was very unprofessional by them,i feel bad for the older people they gonna go through that because they are not willing to change it.. also the customer service is bad,rude stuff and not trying to help the situation.. (They want you to buy the test and do it your self cause its more expensive that way)

Owner/Manager be aware.
I am not going to bother at the moment with all the details but who ever is the employee that told me that I have to wait at the front register for whoever was in the bathroom to pay for my item, does NOT belong at your store or any store.
Employees like that will ruin the job environment and customer service at your store.
Please, be more careful who you hire.

Apparently the staff here needs some education on other cultures. They refused to let someone use the bathroom, saying they didn't want "your kind" there. I'm sorry, but someone wearing a kilt shouldn't be denied basic human decency just because you're an uncultured bigot. I wish he'd have pooped on their floor.

i was deathly ill with stomach issues they said 40 mins 4 hours later we called and they said 40 mins wr finally showed back up and they said they were gonna start to get it goin so 6 hours in terrible pain and nausea and they are just goofin off

Do not go here for lab work, I had two appointments scheduled (just to be sure) and both were cancelled!!! "sorry for the inconvenience" was all I got!

my experience at Walgreens on 8th and 10th in Palmetto, Florida was a joke trying to get my annual flu and COVID shots. The only service I received from their staff was excuses for why they wouldn't provide them. The first visit and excuse was the Pharmacist was out to lunch. on my second visit I was told I needed a reservation, which I could only get on line even though I was right there. when I couldn't make a reservation on line, I called the local store. Oh yes I was told, the system was not working. when asked when I wanted to come in, I picked the following Tuesday morning. oh come in anytime in AM, no problem. When I arrived this voting Tuesday, the reason I couldn't my shots was I had no confirmation of the appointment. My Tuesday vote was never to enter another Walgreen. By. the, I stopped by Publics on the way home, and got my shots.

I have a had problems few times with this store before. The manager was quick to resolve them Tonight it happened again. A coupon requiring a minimum purchase of $10 could not be used on 2 items 6.79 & 3.49. I was told I had to add another item. I'm really done, now.

This pharmacy is unreal - they do as little as possible to accommodate you. Ran out of allergy medicine do you think they could give me a few pills until my prescription I have had for over 3 years to hold me over NO! Treat you like it's a narcotic - I will be changing pharmacies - lazy rude people!
