He has weeded out all of the trouble, updated and repaired cameras, communicates with customers, and is extremely helpful and accommodating! He has been super busy with this change, u can tell. But ALWAYS takes time to check in with renters or have that extra talk when needed! 5 stars for Harley and this location!”
“Front Desk very helpful & explained, as well as they could, transferring my Unit. Offered assistance where they could and in my Opinion, gave great Customer Service, something that I find hard to find! Also Facility was very Clean and no bugs, a big Plus! Only had Issues with Corporate Reservation Team, Pushy and never Communicated my Issue or Reservation with Local Office! As Local Office advised, best to come in & talk to them in Person. Even when you think you're Calling the Local Office you're talking to some Corporate Receptionist that's pretty much useless! Local Office @ 10810 Internet Pl the your best Option!”
