From the time I called the shop, Associate Joe took very good care of me. Answered all my questions with great product knowledge and walked me through the process of upgrading my truck. He was able to handle everything I threw at him from paint, hood, wheels & tires, electric sidestep, replacing every speaker and a new stereo. I liked the fact the prices were very competitive to other places. Mgr Tori was great, kept me updated with the process and even sent me updated photos!
The work that was done was VERY professional and seamless. I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and have been telling everyone who will listen where my work was done as “yes” people are asking. Even the owner Brian reached out to me to alert me that I’d forgotten my receipt (excited), and he sent it to me electronically, we made friends immediately. The entire team is just top shelf. Go check them out, you WON’T be disappointed. Can’t wait for my next project!

I’ve been working with Brian at the Top Shop for years. They did a great job with my F150 and my wife’s Jeep Wrangler. Very professional and fast! Would highly recommend!

I brought 4 tires from them and plus I have 65,000 miles warranty on them and I went there to let them know that my 4 tires are getting bad and they refused to give me those tires even I have warranty on them and they kept telling me that I didn’t have my tires rotation and I did and I had them rotated 10 times every 5,000 miles and now I know that they are wanted to take more money to buy all new tires again and I will never shop there again and they can’t be trusted to anyone’s…

Terrific people, very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a superb job of adding fog lights and other lights to my Ford Raptor, plus new tires. Seems like there is nothing they cannot do when it comes to trucks and Jeeps Highly recommended.

Brought my truck here to balance my wheels even though they were the most expensive around. After having my truck for half a day, when I was told it would only take an hour or so, I was finally able to pick it up. Once taking the truck on the highway for the first time I could tell the balance was no better. They did offer to rebalance but not for another 2 weeks and wanted my truck for an entire day and gave me nothing but attitude. Took my truck to another shop the next day and had everything fully resolved within 90 minutes.
Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to overpay for horrible quality work.
