Called to ask questions about how I can place an order. The representative could barely understand me and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if they had a retail storefront and all she did was ask me for my name, then my business name. I repeated my question about whether or not they have a storefront and she could not give me an answer. So, I asked if they only took orders over the phone and she said yes. So reiterated that it wasnt what I needed and told her thanks and have a good day.

I used to work there, quality products made by people who have pride in workmanship. But the owners have very little concerned for employee safety and the wages are totally bottom low. I was paid less than what I was offered, brought it up it up to my supervisor, and they never correced it.
