“I adopted my parents American Eskimo. Due to their age, they were unable to properly take care of him. I noticed he had a very sensitive stomach and I tried every dog food I could think of. My neighbor suggested I stop by Holistic For Pets. They had samples of different dog food and figured I had nothing to lose. My dog loved and ate all of the sample from the brand Homme. More importantly, had NO issues with keeping food down and finally had normal stool! Without the samples (or suggestion from my neighbor), I don't think I would've been able to find food that agreed with him. I've been a loyal customer ever since (going on 3 years).”

I called on Tuesday and had an appointment Wednesday! It was my little boys first groom and he did amazing I was told !! He looks so handsome and I can’t get over how good he smells ! I am so so happy with how they did ! I can’t remember who did his grooming but she was amazing! Peanut got well taken care of and lots of love ! One of the lady’s up front even took a cute picture of him ! Definitely will be back for his next haircut ! Pricing is very reasonable!”

“This is the best doggie day care facility that I have ever been part of! MY DOG LOVES IT! The Staff is wonderful! Indoor/outdoor, pools, trees for lots of shade. All dogs are together which makes a great social experience for them and, of course, all dogs are screened and required to have all required shots current. I so wish that I could send Jackie everyday but I do when I can! It is worth every penny!”

“I've had my 13 yr old Yorkie groomed here by Lisa 3X's so far. So perfect each time! Love the atmosphere! He's not socially receptive to other dogs but has been professionally groomed since puppyhood so he's a good compliant client. My other groomer left the area after three years, I didn't think I'd find a new groomer so easily. Lisa is booked months in advance so plan accordingly!”

“we are a small plumbing company in Seattle WA. We specialize in commercial T/I. We were doing an upgrade to a pet Hospital dental department. As part of the project we upgraded the faucets for the wet table. Of course I forgot to order the faucets until it was time to install them.THE GOOD: I called Nate Ditchfield. He over night shipped the faucets to me.THE BAD: The manufacture had mislabeled the box so the faucets were wrong and all of the stock they had was wrong. If that is not enough the manufacture was 3 weeks out on the correct faucet with spray.Nate Sent the correct faucet (less spray) at no additional charge. I was able to get the faucets installed and keep my customer happy.Nate communicated with me weekly as to any updated information. When the spray hoses did come in he fast shipped them to me ( at no additional cost).Because of the communication from Nate I was able to keep my customer informed and happy. Now that the project is completed the faucets look great and work even better.Nate Thank you for sticking with me through all of this. You made me feel like I was your only customer.I I will only use PETLIFT for all my needs in the future.Larry”

“Just lost our dog a few days before Christmas. Went to the store in a need of a pick me up. I saw the sweetest boy. They let me sit and visit and play with him till my heart was full. If the puppy wasn't out of my budget I would have taken him home on the spot. He was a teddy bear puppy. The people in the store were so kind and respectful. They took the time to show me how all the puppies come from top breeders and are very well cared for. Highly recommend this location. If you see the teddy bear puppy hug him for me and tell him I think about him every day!”

I’ve been coming to get my dogs groomed since they opened and by far the best I’ve experienced, and today my large dog escaped his collar and ran out to the parking lot. The gentleman employee jumped into action and helped me get him and then helped me pay and walked me to my car. I was embarrassed and overwhelmed, but this employee went above and beyond. “We always take our precious Papillion dog to be trimmed at Nancy's. The dogs waiting to be trimmedd get to mox with each other and they enjoy each other. They are in high demand and you need to call ahead for an appointment. Bella is always happy to be picked up after a trim but is not upset or traumatized. In the past other dog groomers were not liked by Bella, now she's fine. They trim her nails and wash her so we don't get a dog leaving a trail of hair. We get a summer cut, a winter cut and a transition cut in the Spring.Very happy”
