“I am so happy that I found this paint store for all our projects. Being a new home owner I needed a lot of paint. However not all staff members of the store I visit are trained to help customers with history of what has been purchased. I called to get a paint color that I used on prior project. I was put on hold and told that my profile didn't reflect any history and that the system wasn't capable of finding past purchases. I waited about week, searching my notes, went into the store, spoke with a knowledgeable staff member who had no trouble looking up my color. I was very surprised that the staff member on the phone just didn't "feel like" doing their job that day. Very disappointing because I have had good experiences with your staff but it's not company wide. :(”
