This place has gone downhill the people act like their annoyed doing ur nails..I had a pedicure done ..she cut my nail so short it was bleeding..hurt like f...Not even an appology..Wont be going back!!!It was the lady that has the last chairOn the left..rude!!!

When I first went to Master Nails I like Twu the Owner, however, she did dip powder on my nails with saying I needed 3 nail tips to grow out my nails, she did a horrible job, however, she advised me to come back to get them removed when I told her on the initial visit, I went back the following week and she filed them down. She charged me $90. for this mani/pedi. My pedicure was done with gel without my knowledge. I've gone there three times. I went in yesterday and Bruce wasn't there at 9:15am Twu said he would be there in 15 minutes, came back at 10 am, he never showed up, so she said come back at 2pm or call. I called and came in around 3:02 pm so Bruce could do my mani/pedi. I was disappointed in my pedi my feet looked dry and ashy like he didnt put any cream on my feet. On my visit yesterday Wednesday October 12th, 2023 Bruce did my mani/pedi and he didn't file all my nails properly as well as I left my glass water bottle and glass straw ion the table I was sitting at I returned to get my glass container and glass straw about 10-15 minutes later and Twu said my glass container and glass straw was not there, she told me to check my car, she didn't even look for it, so I looked around for it and I asked Twu where was the lady that worked there that sat across from Bruce who did my nails, she said she left already. So I advised her I would look in the gym and in the anytime fitness gym i was in earlier. I knew i left my glass container and glass straw on the table i had my nails done at Bruce station. I went back again Thursday morning around 10am for my glass container, Twu's dau Jane said she would look at the camera abd call me once she locate my glass bottle and glass straw. Me & my friend left and Bruce called and said mty glass bottle was found out in the trash in the front of the plaza, then Jane gets on the phone & says my glass bottle was not in the trash but on the side of the trash outside their nail salon. I asked her why? She said she hadnt had a chance to view the camera's. I said i would return for my glass bottle and i received a call from Twu, she stated i could pick up glass bottle the next day. I advised her i was already on my way back to nail salon to get my glass bottle. I would not ever return to this nail salon due to feeling like i was duscrinated against. I am also considering filing this with the BBB because i felt discriminated against from Twu and her daughter Jane. Every time I got my mani/pedi done I was quoted a price, even Twu gave me & my friend a card with the price of mani/pedi and being overcharged all 3x. Her dau Jane even quoted to me she should have charged me $80. for my visit on October 12th because I was quoted $65 from Bruce for a basic pedicure & a gel polish manicure and Twu said to charge me $70. because I had gel polish removed from my toes. I never requested gel polish on my toes the previousweek before. Twu did my previouspedicureand gave me gel polish on my feet when i didnt request gel on my pedicure. I never have requested gel polish on my toes ever. Only my nails because they would always say gel polish last longer on your nails.Anyone going to Master Nails "BEWARE" they will quote a price and charge you a higher price when you return to go have your services done. They do a mediocre job to be charging $90/$95.00 for a manicure & pedicure. I was very disappointed with my manicure & pedicure, my nails weren't filed good and I needed to put cream and some oil on the bottom of my feet because my feet were extremely dry, Brucehad done an mediocre job, just to get by.There are so many nail salons out here, Please check reviews and make sure your getting the best service possible for these estronomical rates.

They are very friendly, however there’s a male tech that sits in the front and he does a poor job at doing nails. My nails are uneven, ugly, and bulky. After correcting him on how to do his job, he still didn’t take direction very well. Maybe Jade is the only one who can do nails at master nails. I would stay far away from this place.Service: Manicure

First I Would say They are extremely nice and courteous. Unfortunately the gentleman who did my nails for dipping powder did not seem to not know exactly what he was doing. His fingers kept getting product on him and then when he touched my hand he would stick to my fingers and when I left there was dipping powder all over my skin bottom and top . He only put a very thin layer of dip on my nails and one coat of gel topcoat. Within an hour after I brushed my hair at home, one of my nails broke and 2 of the other ones chipped. As my nails were being worked on I told him they are too thin and he said no they will be OK. It was too late to go back and tomorrow they are close and I work Monday through Friday and will be out of town next weekend. So unfortunately I cannot go back to have them fix the issue And we'll have to go to another salon tomorrow to get them done which will cost me probably another $55 to $60. I wish I would have taken A picture but took all my nails off as soon as they started breaking to avoid them From snagging on items. I will say my pedicure was amazing and very reasonably cost wise.Services: Dip powder

45$ for a 20 minute pedicure. The girl didn’t give any type of massage. Basically cleaned my feet and put on polish. The gel is already peeling up and it’s been one day. Definitely will not be going back here.Service: Pedicure

Went in there to get nails done for the first time by Andy and it was the worst experience he does not know how to do nails.Then he messaged me asked me never to come back because I told him my nails were uneven and not shaped the same!
