For the rest of my life, I will tell the story of how Bonnie Pealer exemplified the true definition of customer service. I have done my own taxes for 16 years. I recently sold a property but had been using it as a rental so it became complicated when I tried to do my own taxes this year as it was now seen as a business sale due to its rental status. Bonnie took the time to research and investigate every possible avenue of approach she could and even provided me with supporting documentation as to why she was able to submit me for an exclusion. I have never felt so confident in the professionalism and competence of someone in my life and truly can not ever repay Bonnie for the selfless service she has provided. Bonnie, her team, and her resources, saved me thousands of dollars. Bonnie, I hope you see this and I hope I adequately conveyed how truly grateful I am. Thank you so much.
