They just take all the things from the north side of the river don't have a distribution center so that people on the north side of the river who need to be able to buy things can.
Generally the people that staff this to take your items our wonderful and should get five stars. However Goodwill doesn't think we need a store in Palmetto. They just continue to collect our donations and we have to go across the river to find a Goodwill which is not fair.
Are donations are taken in multiple places but they have no places on the north side of the river.

I went there to drop off some bags of clothes and I asked if the guy could help and he stood there. I'm noticeably pregnant, and I had to take everything out.

Went to drop off some bags of clothes and the guy who attended us was tossing the bags from my trunk to the cart like he was mad and then he slammed my trunk car door really hard

Went to donate clothes and guy was rude, had an attitude the whole time didn’t help me. I will be donating to Salvation Army next time.

Greeter was absolutely horrible he came outside with an attitude from the start as if our being there was bothering him. We asked if we could keep the routes and he got upset about having to bend over to get the stuff. will never donate to goodwill again. He never offered a receipt either.

So I just went to this Goodwill, been to many others before and usually they’re very friendly and polite. I was dropping off eight boxes filled with all designer clothing air filters from Orick and several other expensive items. I believe in donating to help the cause. I asked the gentleman there if I was able to donate after hours for the future, his response was you will be arrested for trespassing. It wasn’t that he said what he said, it was the way he said it. He was a Latin gentleman with no hair, and I can say this because I myself am Latin and have no hairy either lol I’m just saying it so the Goodwill knows who I’m talking about. He was extremely rude and I thought I would hand him the boxes he would grab them and literally throw them in the Benz he even broke one of the $500 air filters. Never said thank you never asked if I wanted a receipt which I don’t because that’s not why I donate, but again could not have been more rude. Next time I’ll definitely find a Salvation Army this place is pretty on the outside but the staff was horrible

This place is very clean and organized. We got in and out in a flash. Their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!!!
