Frost auto care did an incredible job on my car. All issues fixed. They worked quick and were a true pleasure to work with. Anytime I need auto body work done I will be returning to frost auto care. Great staff also! Very nice people.

Frost Auto Care is owned by some upstanding people. I have a Jeep and was having some issues with my soft top and they took care of the issue in less than 5 minutes and refused to accept any money even after fixing the issue. I had previously went to the Jeep dealership to get them to look at the issue and they were going to make me pay $199 just to have someone look at it. Frost Auto Care took care of my issue quickly and honestly, something that is hard to find these days. I will be bringing back all of my vehicles to Frost moving forward.

The nicest and honest people ever. I came looking for an estimate instead all I needed was a rivet to keep my front bumper in place. The owners stopped their lunch just to help. Highly recommend

Took my 2013 Scion XB to Frost for a minor fender bender. They were very prompt and stuck to the estimated price. Would definitely use them again for any auto needs.

I highly recommend Frost Auto in Palmetto! I posted in Nextdoor app that I needed an estimate for collision repair. Kim immediately reached out to me. So i took my car in for an estimate. From start to finish Frost Auto was amazing! Professional, friendly and perfectionism! Thank you Frost Auto for an amazing experience!

Took the car in because the splash guard was dragging, and they reattached in less than 30 minutes. The problem started when the dealership removed the splash guard to inspect the braking system and forgot to install 2 bolts which led to it lowering and dragging during driving speeds. Of course, the dealership said they completed the job and I had hit something. But can't explain why the bolts where missing. Long story short I will be taking my car to Frost.

Update: about 3 months after I reviewed for my friend, I ended up needing their service.12-2023 My car broke down and left me stranded, the gentleman "Brody, shout out to you for helping me that day, appreciated more than you know" he pulled over to help me, suggested Frost's, me being fairly new to the area forgot about them, it was towed to Frost's Auto Care unannounced, and they were so professional about this and fixed my car problem.....I will use you again in the future, but hopefully not too often, LOL9/2023 This place helped My friend out with adjuster company when her car was in an accident, this place was friendly, courteous and professional about her situation.....

Pete Frost and team are very thoughtful in their approach and take great care to provide reasonable options and solutions. This Bronco is a family vehicle my father in law worked on and we will keep in the family for more generations.
