All I can suggest is reporting to the government dot someone this is getting out of hand. No one cares about drivers there time or pay 700$ to wait and burn your clock gotta stop picking up loads from Florida or bring them any it will change the system.

Drivers they check your air chutes, if you have minimum of 3 load locks/ straps and trailer cleanliness while your inside doing the checking in. They have a company here that clean your trailer for $60 cash or $65 card they also do minimum air chute repair here and they provide load locks here as well. They do allow you to sweep out your trailer if you prefer. Pickup appointment at 2pm checked in at 10am out by 12noon can't complain.

Del Monte must have put Red Dye in this watermelon that I paid $9.99 + tax for. It taste real green. The ingredients listed do not mention any red dye; but the taste is very green. I had to spit it out. We are done with this brand forever...

They download very quickly and speak Spanish. The port security people are very friendly, especially the ones who ride in white vans, they guide you when it is the first time you enter so you can register and be able to unload.

Everything is great here at least for me. Don't plan on a short stay unless they have your load pulled from the ship. And I totally get the pallet thing it's because the boxes are made to fix the overseas container not a pallet.(btw they sit on paper until they put them on a pallet)Thus if done poorly and no use of plastic wrap you get shifted load.
