David did an excellent job helping us pick the right furniture made with aluminum painted white with silver fabric. These were custom made for us, with the colors and materials we chose. They make furniture for commercial use at resorts, so these will last our lifetime especially in the salt air by the coast. Delivery was great, communication excellent, and arrived a month after we ordered. The pictures are on our balcony overlooking the bay.

Great experience shopping and purchasing. I worked with David in the showroom, he went the extra mile to get me a fabric sample that was not in the showroom. Really appreciate the effort and furniture is high quality.

A little over a month ago I visited the Florida Patio Furniture Outlet in Palmetto & was very impressed. I returned with my wife 2 weeks ago and we ended up placing an order for several pieces. We were so well-treated there by David Klooster; he shared materials & construction information, pricing, as well as setting delivery expectations...all in a friendly, low-pressure atmosphere which we appreciated.

Such a great Company. Bought our gorgeous swivel patio chairs years and years ago. Phoned up to have someone sort out the squeaking that had started on them all and a chap came out ....renewed the central part on each.. and said no charge!! What service. Heartedly recommend them.

Buena Vista condominiums sent 8 lounge chairs in for re-strapping in October 2022 and paid 50% deposit. It's now December, you have missed 2 promised return dates, nobody will answer and phone or return a call after 5 attempts in three days. I have no Rep anymore since Karen left who will help.

Horrible Customer Service! Furniture on order 6 months. Never a phone call. First the cushion material was the issue. Greg tells us, he had the material flown in and they were making the cushions in house. Delivery was supposed to be today 5/31. Called 4 times, finally got a text from Greg. Cancelled the order. Honesty and returned phone calls go a long way.

I had a terrible experience with this vendor as they sold me on quality and durability. When one of the umbrellas' broke (just weeks after delivery), they did not respect the warranty and did not replace the umbrella after spending thousands with them. Would not recommend at all. If there is an email I can contact the Operations Manager, I will send the photos and the information but my account rep did nothing to rectify at the time.Service: Chair construction & installation

This is a class act operation. I spent a good deal of time researching companies for outdoor furniture for my new pool and patio. Derek the sales person took time to help me select just the right pieces to create the perfect outdoor space. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is exceptional. There were a few issues with the shipping carrier but Mike and his team went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Florida Patio not only met my expectations but they exceeded them on all levels. Florida Patio of Bradenton did an excellent job of refinishing our patio furniture. Thanks to their expertise, this 20 plus year old set looks showroom new. So very pleased with the results.

We had our 20 year old heavy aluminum cast patio furniture refinished. It came back to us BETTER than new. I highly recommend. Wonderful staff to deal with. A breath of fresh air.
