We have went fishing with Captain Richard 3 times and each time has been exceptional! Have faith that when fishing with Down2Fish charters that you will be safe, learn new things, and be put on the best fishing holes the Florida coast has to offer! Each trip we have left with a heap of meat and an abundance of great memories.Factors that set them apart:-Richard knows when it’s time to move on from a spot and will not waste the time you pay for on not catching fish.-Skill level does not matter here as they have been great to providing extra attention and knowledge to those who need it to make sure they are comfortable and confident.-Great gear and vessel. It will be difficult to find a charter that has both of these at this price point.-Friendly and extremely experienced. Richard has endless fishing knowledge and some of the best boat skills I have seen to date.If you are hesitating to go with Down2Fish Charters let this be your sign to make the decision to go catch some hogs and have a great time!

We did an inshore fishing trip with Captain Richard. It was awesome!! He’s knowledgeable, and experienced captain who made it tons of fun for our 9 year old and us! Caught a variety of different fish, seen dolphins, turtle, star fish, sting ray, and a manatee! We would totally be down2fish with Captain Richard again! 100% worth it!

I've been on quite a few charters in my life and fished almost my whole life and I can say, with confidence, that Richard has been my favorite captain. Top notch outfit, put us on fish, went beyond the extra mile (literally), awesome guy and great conversation, and we went home grossly weighed down by fish. Next year's snapper season with Richard for can't come fast enough!

Down2fish charters was one of the best fishing experiences I have ever had. Great captain, great boat, great gear, great fishing. Will definitely be coming back to fish with this charter again.

Had a great day on the water, attention was focused not on limiting out which we did but limiting with selected larger fish. Unique bait catching technique doesn't waste time and was more than ample in quantity. If a desired species wasn't a 'granddaddy', it lived to see another day. Excellent boat, crew, Richard is a knowledgeable local captain. A great day!

Absolutely best charter fishing experience of my life. Down2Fish is the way to go and can’t wait to go again and tell all of my friends. Never been 80 miles offshore and caught so many groupers in my entire life. 10/10!!!!!! Until next time

Capt Richard took us out inshore. Great boat, made it a great day during some tough fishing. Took my 12 and 14 yr olds out. He was very friendly, helpful, easy going, and took the time to go above and beyond. He made it feel as though we were fishing with a friend or family member. Went out and caught our bait then he took us to several spots to fish. Will definitely call him up next time we are in town! Thank you Richard for treating us so well. See you next time!

Richard and his crew are awesome! it was a amazing day and amazing fishing. they put us on really big fish and my arm actually got wore out from reeling in all the fish lol. I'd highly recommend and I will definitely hire them again!!
