WOW!! Damaged my truck, didn't mention it and have not returned my call. While watching a friend's dog. I googled mechanic near me and found this place. My Ranger wouldn't go into Park or 1st gear. Turns out a bolt was loose, simple fix. It probably took 10mins and I was charged $120. That's not the issue though!!! When they brought my keys in the mechanic came in with a young girl 18-25 he says, "this nice young lady brought your truck back" when I went to pull onto 41, my mirror was bent in so I had to roll my window down and push it back out which I thought was strange but in a hurry I went back to my friends and parked my truck and drove theirs over the weekend. So it took me a few days to notice my door had been hit also!!!!!! It's not major but it is down to the metal and absolutely came from the shop and with marks of blue paint I'm inclined to think it was from the lift it was placed on! I live an hour away and thought I'd recieve a call back as it's been 2 weeks. I called just before bringing my truck in, drove 5mins to the shop and 5mins back. The truck was in the driveway prior and after, sitting under home surveillance cameras and had no damage to it. Terrible customer service I would never ever trust them.

I came in for a non-urgent suspension issue. After the inspection, they told me that my radiator was leaking, which I was unaware of, but soon after, my engine overheatted. Quoted me $950 to replace my radiator and upper hose. After gathering insight from peers, I ended up replacing the coolant filler neck for less than $20, took about 20 minutes, and fixed the problem. I waited to write this as I'm a young lady and the least knowledgeable about cars, so I wasn't sure if the radiator issue would arise again. I've waited a couple weeks, and my coolant level has remained steady, as well as no signs of my engine overheating. I will not return to this shop, which is unfortunate as I was referred here from a friend who spoke very highly of the place.

Very satisfied...called Tuesday, had truck in there Wednesday and back on Thursday...major repair...so relieved to find a reputable mechanic. thank you!!!!

I found this company very honest and efficient. As a female snowbird I was comfortable and confident I wasn’t getting ripped off… they are very respectful and responsive to questions, stayed in touch frequently during the diagnostic period. Certainly would recommend them and will go there for any future issues that may arise.

When I called them the said come in the following week due to his BMW mechanic was on Christmas vacation, which was fine with me everyone needs off durning the holidays, he said the job was 4hrs. Showed up the following week to drop off and mechanic looked at it and said “take it to a dealer” said there was high pressure lines involved he couldn’t do it,
so I took it to “H3 auto” off 70 was fixed in 4 hrs and H3 was GREAT!!
The 2 stars was because he was nice on the phone!
