i’d give this branch less then star, but I don’t have that option. went to cash a check that they issued and they said they would not cash it was a Bank of America issued check and they wouldn’t cash it. They don’t honor their own checks. What kind of place is this? How can you not honor your own check? they want to build a relationship she said. i just want you to honor what you put your name on.A bank institution It turned somebody around at the door because they brought in a check bank of america willing to take it but not give it. selfish slime balls. what a scamI don’t know maybe the bank doesn’t have any money. I’d be careful going here. I keep Eye on my account if I banked here, they’re probably running low on money completely ridiculous.

I like this bank, although they do have limited staff and it takes time to get to one, they are very responsive and respectful of your time and most of the time get the task you want accomplished.

Fourth time I have been to this branch. When i go in the seated door monitor says their systems are down and to outside and use the ATM. Im not standing out in the open parking lot with no security just because they are too lazy to get up and wait on a customer. They arent worried about CC skimmers or thugs waiting for easy pickings. Im looking for a new bank and credit card company. BOA account and credit card holder x 19 years.

I had a fantastic experience at this branch during my recent visit. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I was warmly greeted by Monica and was accommodated shortly after opening. Maria took care of my notary needs for selling a racing sailboat and trailer in just five minutes. She also went above and beyond by identifying that my savings account was incurring a monthly fee due to a low balance—something I was unaware of.
The staff interactions I observed with other customers were professional and friendly. The lobby was clean, thoughtfully designed, and had plenty of comfortable seating. This team truly exceeded my expectations.
It’s surprising that this branch has a 2.9 rating on Google Reviews—my experience was nothing short of 5 stars. I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and customer care.
While my experience at this branch was excellent, many reviews suggest recurring issues that could be addressed with a "corporate mandatory retraining day." Starbucks famously closed all stores in February 2008 for retraining, a move that cost $6M in lost revenue but restored customer satisfaction and trust.
Consider adopting Six Sigma to address efficiency and customer service bottlenecks. Investing in these improvements could greatly enhance service quality and customer loyalty.

Worst customer service, always expect a 45 minute wait with only 1 teller on average. I’m done with BofA‼️

my Company uses all Bank of America for our 36 propereties. this is the worst customer service branch i've ever seen. it takes almost an hour just to process deposits. no matter what you're there for they have to call "Elvis" to help which always takes up to 20 minutes. they DO NOT CARE about the customer or their time! Why have a line for Commercial customers? i will drive 20 minutes to another branch to avoid this one. their terrible.

Although they list a drive through on the website and search engines, these were shut done years ago. The girls working do a great job, but even with MULTIPLE counter spaces, there is typical only one or maybe 2 employees working. There is ALWAYS an unacceptable wait.

Be careful banking here. I’ve been with BofA for over 20 years. Today all I needed was change and they wanted to go through my account and see how much money was in my account and to look at my profile. I called the customer service and they told me I should have never been asked to insert my debit card. That showing them my card and a state ID would have been fine. Also talked to a supervisor just to make sure that info was correct and he said yes and that it don’t make sense that they would have me insert my debit card. Be care. That’s sketchy to me. They shouldn’t need to know the amount of money I have in my account to do give me some change.

THIS BANK IS GARBAGE!!! Called this guy and asked about an appointment. I was told I couldn't get an appointment, but I could walk in, arrange 5 people to meet there walk in to sign in then see same guy. He then said he couldn't help me and then he said, "I said you can walk in, you just can't walk in today". 2 employees standing there, just need 1 persons last name changed on a few accounts. Apparently, this is done in stone and this big bank just doesn't care. This is the last straw in a long string of this bank overall being worthless. Trust me, go to another bank! Suncoast helps me every time. One star is minimum, I would totally give it zero if i could.

Typically long waits even with low volume because there's usually one teller. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is, you're going to have a 10-15min wait.

1 cashier working on Saturday. 10 people line, very slow moving . Spent 20 min just to withdraw $$. The cashier is taking his sweet time by chatting to customers and coworkers.
