Valerie is the absolute best and a gem. She can help with anything even down to the warranty company no calling no showing & still taking in to account my needs. Valerie goes above and beyond. She could have been like everyone else and said “I can’t help you” (like the woman I talked to from the Cortez location) but she didn’t, she listened, worked diligently, pulled whatever strings she needed to, and got my issue fixed in a timely manner. Thanks Valerie!

Absolutely the Best in customer service, value and quality. My family has been with Badcock since I was very small. Back to my great grandmother. I’ll continue the tradition and carry on, expanding to my adult children and all 10 grandchildren! Thank you Badcock for all your help, gorgeous furnishings and customer service, second to None!

I reside in Maine and I needed to purchase a new range for my very elderly parents who live in Palmetto, FL. By sheer luck, Mr. Willie Barton answered the phone the day I called. Willie was the most understanding, patient and helpful salesman I could have hoped to speak with. He took the time to explain makes/models available. While this was a fairly challenging sale, he made sure all of the requirements were addressed and all of the boxes were checked. Willie is a true gentleman and kind soul. He is an asset to the Palmetto, FL store. My mother, especially, is delighted with her new GE Range! I would highly recommend Badcock's to others. Willie Barton, thank you so very much!
