AAA failed for over 24 hours to get someone to switch out my battery. One phone call and about 5 minutes with Auto Zone and it was done. Definitely going back there for future needs.

As a 30+ year loyal autozone customer I have never experienced the amount of disrespect and rudeness form a autozoner as I did today. The Manager "Rick" should be terminated! He denied my return and told me to go back to the original store that I purchased from and they will do the return. When I initially made the purchase I asked can I return this part at any autozone is If i don't use it, and they say "Yes as long as I have the receipt I can return it at any autozone". Unfortunately I will no longer return to this location with this ''manager" working there.

I had my battery replaced by Joel. I also bought some fluids for my car. The level of professionalism and customer service was exemplary and I was pretty annoying! Thank you Joel and staff for making my day!

Came in to return a serpentine belt my elderly dad bought for my car, although I've told him I don't own the car anymore. I was assisted by a short chubby Hispanic gray shirt manager, Robert might have been his name as another store told me. Not sure if it was a shift manager or store manager I didn't look at the name tag. I explained him the situation on how my dad bought the belt and I didn't have the receipt. He he couldn't help me and that I needed the receipt and the card I used. I told him again I didn't buy it and I would take store credit because I had other things ti purchase as well. He kept saying the same thing. He even said, hey it's it my rules. Seems like it is because I've returned things to autozone, like many others, without a receipt and they would look up the phone number if it had warranty or ask me for my ID for store credit. He didn't do any of that. I had to go to another store and they assisted me very well. Looks like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store. As other reviewers mentioned poor customer service. Will not return here again. District manager will hear about this.

Will never return here after they installed my car battery backwards.. refused to pay for a rental, left me with no car on Easter. Yes they refunded the amount I had to spend at the dealer to fix, but it was just crazy how they couldn’t pay for a rental or at least refund me for the cost of the battery.
