I believe the young man's name starts with a W. I called last minute to come in to pay for a part that'll arrive the next day. Once I arrived, he had everything saved and ready for me.

AAA failed for over 24 hours to get someone to switch out my battery. One phone call and about 5 minutes with Auto Zone and it was done. Definitely going back there for future needs.
