I was treated very rudely by a store clerk name Aliyah or something like that. When I went in to purchase my items, I noticed she was on her phone. I picked up some items and went to the register. I then told the clerk that I wasn't done and to don't start ringing up my items until I get everything I wanted. She stated no problem, then I continued picking what I wanted.

I love the fact that they have urn brewed coffee in the mornings as well as the grind machines. The grind machines render coffee that always tastes bitter to me. I love the urn brewed coffee and most convenience stores now have just the instant grind.
That said this location could be cleaner. Also prices are high because it's the only store in this vicinity.

False advertising. Have prices posted that don't start for another week. Worker said they would not honor because the tag says the start date. Dates are not clearly visible. As someone who is disabled, I cannot bend over to confirm dates. Dates in the small corner of th tag.

Evelyn is polite and a worker. This is a very busy place. 48yrs within Customer Service it's a breath of fresh air to come across someone like this. She deserves more than a Kudos!

i went in for gas gave the guy a 20 and he didn’t put it in the tank i went back in and he pretended like i didn’t give him any money he said he’d check the cameras and then i said go ahead and check them and then he said why would i and we went back and fourth for a while till eventually he said if i check the cameras and i didn’t take it you owe me 40$ finally a manger came out and found my money hiding somewhere behind the counter this whole situation was ridiculous and they need to have better manners i shouldn’t have had to argue with this person over my money he should’ve just done his job.

Was just there for gas and the pump rejected my credit card twice and then debit card rejected once and then it worked. Then I get a notification by text/email from the bank that a $126.00 charge couldn't go through!! My partial fill up was only like $28.00. I called the bank and my credit card company and immediately changed PINs and passwords. Beware of this station!! Not the first issue I've had at this place. And, no, I don't believe there was a skimmer unless they are making them very stealth now.

The staff in this store is beyond rude every last one. If i could give them zero stars i would but anyway I called corporate the representative was nice and understanding took my information so that the store owner would contact me. The next day came I received the call from the owner he greeted me and asked what happen. Once I started explaining he cut me off and began speaking rude and telling me he's not firing the employees...... I NEVER SAID TO FIRED HIS EMPLOYEES. What I said was he should speak to them about there customer service skills when working in his establishment. He got loud and continued to speak over me while i was talking then he hung up in my face. I called him back to let him know that I would drive a hour before I spend another dollar in his store.

I’ve called asking for the manager everyday since Saturday. Dude is never there and I’m not sure what kind of business they’re running. But it’s super unprofessional. They need to get some corporate people at this location or something. Or a Manager that knows what they’re doing.

Gas pumps are extremely slow.Staff is extremely rudeIf you use a debit card, they make you come inside. If you use your credit card, it takes forever to get it approved.The store is a train wreck

Very dirty and poorly stocked. They don't bother cooking or selling hot foods at night, it's obvious this store just doesnt try.

A shame. Such wonderful housing developments around, but yet an atrocity of a fueling station. No matter what time I come in, the clerks are smoking cigarettes (nasty) near the milk crates outside with one attendee on a register and usually also on the phone. They then come in without washing their hands. The store is always in disarray… stacks of inventory in the aisles, no coffee made, out of creamer/milk and wrappers lying on filthy counters etc. Same thing with Slurpee machines- rarely working- have had to dig out my own cups and life’s from underneath. For now, there is not much around so this store will continue as such… but, when more develops this store will be nothing but an eyesore and most likely will close if it continues as is.I even came in once and the clerk started an argument with a customer who destroyed the racks and threw inventory every where. This is not the ghetto, however, this 7-11 seems as if it should be.

Worst 7-11 around. Store is dirty. Never stocked. Coffee station is always a mess and empty. 5 employees, 1 working the rest standing around doing nothing or on their phone. This place is a lost cause, needs to be demolished and built new. Don’t waste your time stopping here you will be disappointed. Would leave zero stars if I could.
