Disgusting customer service. Was told by representative that "we don't service walk-ins". I came into the location with a visibly elderly and disabled customer in a wheelchair that simply wanted to change the beneficiary on their account they've held for over 20 years because their current beneficiary passed away. Was told by representative they can't help because the don't service walk-ins. Rep Told me I needed to schedule a future appointment because they can't help. Advised rep that based on the age, physical issues, location and availability a future appointment is not possible. The representative showed NO care or helpfulness for the situation and again told me "we don't service walk-ins". Mind you the bank was virtually empty with more employees than customers. Very disappointed. I will be filing a formal complaint with whatever corporate office I can make contact with.

The reason for the 2 stars is that they are not open on Saturday. Every other bank and credit union in the area has Saturday hours of some sort. This makes banking here VERY inconvenient.

I will never bank here. There hours of operation suck. The are not open on weekends, shoot at least be open for a few hours on Saturday. And their customers service is awful. They dont greet customers. Worst bank ever

Well, first of all if you are wearing a Baseball Cap, be prepared to be IMHO, accused of being a Criminal, basically. It's the only Bank in the area which will make you remove a Cap & Sunglasses, to get your own $'s! So if you have Cancer, or have Scars from serving your Country be ready to be forced to remove your head gear & reveal everything to everyone to get the money which belongs to you from these people. No other Bank has ever asked me to do this, it's preposterous and a tremendous over reach! I'm curious as to how they deal with Hijab wearers, etc! In addition, it does not matter if you have been doing business with them for 25+ years and they know you by name, they will still attempt to humiliate you! Horrible and arrogant!
