I have now come to this place three separate times to find that they are closed when they say they should be open. I will also pay $90 for some basic alterations and a few T-shirts. At least have the courtesy of opening when you say you’re gonna be over charging us this much.

Came to dry clean a few pieces for the first time. They refused to give prices before the pieces are cleaned, then afterward they claimed they gave a new customer discount, but there was no way to confirm that. Prices are higher than most dry cleaning places.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Galloway Cleaners in Sunset. Recently I took a cashmere sweater that I needed ready within two weeks. I went to pick it up two days after the day they said would be ready. Well, my sweater was nowhere to be found, I mentioned I needed it cause I was leaving on a trip that same day. Two hours later I get a call from a lady who says she found my sweater but I would have to go to their plant to pick it up because their driver had already been by their Sunset store. I said I couldnt go and opted to travel without my sweater. Upon my return, their explanation was simply that the driver forgot to get my sweater that day, I was given my bill not a cent discount for my incident. Never again, you pay top price at Galloway, but no top price service.

I have been going to this location for years. The drive thru is very convenient and Yaima is wonderful. She knows me and takes my clothes and I'm on my way. When I pick up, she will hang the clothes in the back of my car. Always very nice and personable.Service: Dry cleaning

The customer service at this location is great. I love the convienency of the drive thru as well. Yaima is always amazing! She is very nice & always remembers my name. The dry cleaning is impeccable & fast. I would & already recommend anyone I know with my eyes closed.Service: Dry cleaning

I have been using Sir Galloway at this location for the past two years. The drive through has been super convenient since the Pandemic. I use it for dry cleaning and also alterations. They are extremely professional, friendly and their dry cleaning is always done extremely well and in a timely manner. Yaima is such a pleasure to deal with!
