Loved Sally J Jewelry Design! I had a couple of watches I needed to replace the battery and repair. I had gone to a few other jewelers and even to stores that represented the brand but they couldn't fix my watches. In a world, where there is so much turmoil, I found Great Craftmanship, Integrity and Honor. Five years ago, I left a couple pieces of jewelry and I ordered a chain as well.Truth be told, I did not come back for the jewelry or the deposit. In all honesty, a chain of events happen and the jewelry, was not a priority.To make a long story short, suppose I tell you, Sally J Jewelry Design, not only repaired the jewelry and ordered the chain I wanted, they still had the paperwork, the deposit and my jewelry. Everything looked brand new and she even ordered the chain as well. I am very happy and I have gained two new family members!!! Trust, Love, Respect, Loyalty and Honor, is rare.Thank you again,Kenny

I came here to get 2 of my watches repaired 1 needed a battery and other watch band repaired. They fixed both issues on the spot to perfection. While waiting I also purchased a chain that I have been looking for at a reasonable price. Customer service outstanding and just all around positive energy. Support this business as they are one of the great ones. Keep up the great work.

I had a ring that was passed down from my mom that I wanted to repurpose for my 28 year old daughters up coming wedding. She likes simple jewelry and did not care for the yellow gold large setting. I took it to Sally and Omar and explained my need for something simple for her. I can't tell you how delighted I am with the results. I read a review of a cross this jeweler duplicated, which was exquisite in detail.
