Please stay away from this place. I don't know where good reviews do are coming from, it must be family and friends commenting. This place is horrible, lack of communication with Brian the owner and they never answer the phone and the job for my car, I cannot even describe how bad is. Before taking my car in there, I read all bads review, but I never thought this could happen to us. I just can tell you that if you would like to avoid a heartache, go to a better body shop those people are a joke.

I guess all these positive reviews must be from family members and/or friends. They did a HORRIBLE job painting my car; oversprayed, left sections unpolished, replaced my door with a USED one that had dents on (while charging me for a brand new door)..forgot how many times I had to go back cause of them doing a lazy job…fast forward a year later and now the paint on the door and side mirror is starting to crack which just shows the bad paintwork/prep they did, also the side splitters have started to come loose..guy who mounted them did a “ghetto fix” and just used a screw with a plastic tab to hold them ??♂️…all that while they assure you “car will come out looking better than before” …ignore the fake five star reviews and STAY AWAY from these crooks

Brian and Brenda are amazing!! This is the second time they've fixed my car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I brought my car in for front end repair (it was drivable and I still really needed it for work). They were incredibly understanding. They worked with my schedule and budget, ordered the necessary parts and had me bring in my car when the parts arrived. Two days later, I got a call that my car would be fixed/fully painted by the next day. Thank you guyss! Amazing job and amazing communication! As long as I live in south Florida, this will be my go to repair shop!

Excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner from the receptionist at the front desk . Amazing body work in repairing the car to exceed outstanding . I had a minor dent in both bumpers caused by me while parking or leaving a parking space but my car is a pearl white color difficult to match and they did it beautifully and to perfection. The service people are incredibly professional and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend!!

2 jobs done, my pick up and my Lexus roof paint. I do not like doing Reviews but I have had bad experience with other body shops. I have to say that I got what I paid for an excellent job with a fair price, be careful when body shops give you a price too good to be true, here I have found up to now they back up their work. They took 1 day extra on the delivery of the Lexus, but worth it . I recommend this shop, ask for Brian I believe he is the manager.

Both my Mom and I have used Palmetto Bay Collision they get 10 ⭐️! Always professional and they do meticulous work! Brian the owner is wonderful and really enjoys what he does! Brenda who manages the body shop is most helpful and kind! I definitely recommend this business!!!
