If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible, unprofessional, rude.
I needed plastic covers for my luggage (2) only left one, because he wanted to make sure i liked it, so one at a time. I was traveling in 2 weeks so I was pressed for time he said no problem should be fine this was a Tuesday, they are open 6 days a week. On Monday the following week I called, was told he wasn't there, but that the cover was not done yet, to call back Tuesday. I called back next day, he said, he never said it was going to be ready, he had other things he had to finish.,Yada.yada, and started arguing with me . Ultimately I asked so when? He said Thursday. On Thursday I drove by , and he hadn't finished or started don't know, first thing he said was "I didn't tell you to come, you should have called", mind you, there's still another luggage to be done, and I leave Monday. I was upset, we argued, I told him he was rude and unprofessional, among other things and P/U by bag and left. I had the foresight after that Tuesday phone call to buy covers in Amazon just in case he was not done, and give him the benefit of the doubt. I want to say when I first met he was very nice, and well mannered, I very shocked, and surprised to see how rude he became. Maybe he's more efficient with shoes, but definitely -0 for customer service.

The service at New Eureka Shoe Repair is exceptional! I went there to get holes punched into my belt. I was greeted warmly. One could easily tell that the two lovely, elderly folks took pride in their work. When I was ready to pay, they said, "No charge!". It is so rare to find persons who show kindness even when they don't have to. This is a store where you will receive excellent service regardless of how small or big the job is.

Great place for alterations and repairs on clothing, shoes, bags, belts and accessories. They even repaired my canvas gun holster, which is now better than new.

Nearest cobbler for me was an hour away. Yes, Eureka Shoe Repair. Friendliest staff. Immediately took care of my needs. I couldn't be happier. They are hiring a cobbler. So if you know of one, I think they would be glad to work in this friendly environment! I highly recommend their services!

My first time here, and very friendly, and my Harley boots, that I thought were beyond repair, came back clean, polished, and new soles, that were professionally done. I I'll be coming back with more of my boots, that aren't in as bad shape. I highly recommend this shop.
