We’ve gone to this place for years and never had an issue until now. They tried selling us an oil that our car didn’t call for because they didn’t have the oil the car needed. When we tried to leave, to get the oil that the car called for, we couldn’t because they had already drained the oil from the car. So we had to put an oil in the car that it didn’t call for. The person we dealt with was unprofessional and told us that we didn’t want to pay for the more expensive oil but it was due to the fact that our car did not call for that oil. We even called the dealership to confirm the oil that the car needed. They also tore our tint while removing the previous sticker from the oil change. Just extremely unprofessional and will never be going back there again.

They were great and noticed other things I needed done and told me about it. Not like other places who want you to buy the service. They just warned me about it. They had amazing customer service.

The Girl I Talked to Over the Phone Dont know the Difference ( Freon and Antifreeze)...Called n Asked Her About Coming in to Get My (AC FREON) Topped Off..She Said "Sure We Can Do That" it'll be a $29 Charge..I Get there, they open my Hood and She Instructs the Technician on What Kinds of ( ANTIFREEZE) My Truck Takes ( I,am Puzzled Because I Came in for My AC)..He Then Opens and Tops Off My ( ANTIFREEZE and ENGINE OIL LEVEL)..I Asked Her Why is He Topping Off My ANTIFREEZE and OIL When All I Asked for Was You to Top Off My ( FREON )...She Said " We Just Did and We Also Topped Off Your Oil"...I Told Her , " I Just Watched the Technician Only Put ( ANTIFREEZE and OIL In My Truck) But NO FREON..I Was Shocked When She Said " THEY ARE THE SAME SIR"...Meaning ANTIFREEZE and FREON is the Same...I Explained to her " They are Not the Same (ANTIFREEZE is for the Coolant System and FREON is for the AC System...I Explained to Her if She is Gonna be Answering the Phone and Dealing With Customers, She Needs to know What She is Talking About ( Because She May Get an OG Like Myself That Knows Something about My Car and or Truck...That Was When Another Technician Stepped in and Said She Must Have Misunderstood Me ( Yea Rite!!)..He then Also Informed Me Their AC Machine Was Broken and it Would Probably be a Week or Two b4 they Can Get Another One Delivered to ( MOBILE ONE)...He Also Informed Me at that Time, The Nissan Dealership Now Owns that ( MOBILE ONE OIL CHANGE)...He Also Said, if I Want I Could Come Back the Next Day, and They Can Recharge My AC Over at the Dealership Service Department ( I Left There and Went to an OLD SCHOOL MECHANIC SHOP With Real Mechanics and Got It Done)..Bottom line is, # 1, They Just Lost a Long Time Customer..#2, They Should Have an Actual Service Advisor With Service Experience and Knows the Difference between ANTIFREEZE and FREON to Answer the Phone and Advise Customers at the Moble One Oil Change Also...I.j.s..

Drove all the way the Palmetto Bay to have my oil changed. Paid in advance on Groupon for an oil change. Despite having it listed absolutely no where, girl tells me they don’t honor Groupon on the weekends. Absolute waste of my time, and money. Avoid this place….

Keeping it short. Went in for an oil change. Only took around 20mins to do. One thing they will try and up sale other things. Like filters cabin and air. Which I do myself and had just changed them a week before. Different kinds of flushing. Just to name a few. But all in all, I had a great experience.

Got a brake change and they did an excellent job and their customer service was good
