Sorry but I just picked up my 2 subs and they were awful. Thrown together and barely any toppings from meat to tomatoes. Wish I could get a refund. Not impressed.

I usually love the Little John tuna sandwich. Today's sandwich was disappointing. It was essentially a bun with a little bit of tuna. The amount of tuna was about a third of what they typically put on. Not happy.

It’s Jimmy Johns fresh ingredient sub place. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty … I appreciate the unwich option. However the dudes working here can use a little training in customer service… it just lacks way too much. Service is a bit slow… seems like there is always 1 or 2 ppl working.

Have you ever taken a bite of something and it throws you into a praise break? Have a sandwich specifically from this location. Service and attitude is on 10 always. Even if there is a mistake, they will make up for it. My go-to is a Club Lulu or a Tuna with extra jimmy mustard and pickles.

I have been to this location many times. There has never been an issue until recently. I ordered an Italian Nightclub sandwich, which should have "double the meat" according to the menu. I received a sub with like 4 pieces of deli meat on the sub. Maybe they are cutting back on portion size. Next time, I will make sure to get the right serving size or return the food for a full refund.

Placed an order for delivery and an hour later the app says delivered but my food never came! Because it was ordered through doordash (yet delivery is done through jimmy’s johns) they couldn’t even refund my card! So I’m out $15 and hungry!

Wish i could leave 0 stars. I had the worst experience at Jimmy John's today. Not only was my order wrong, but the bearded employee who took my order was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He rolled his eyes when I asked him to fix my sandwich and scoffed when I asked for extra mayo. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me and continued to treat me poorly. It's unacceptable for employees to treat customers with such disrespect, and I will never be returning to this location. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Sandwiches are great, and cookies as well, I went to pick up the order that was placed online and paid by someone else. As i was walking out the door, one of the girls working there said, " This cheap a@# people really don't be tipping." I ignored her as I was just picking up the order...
