Took my 9 month old puppy to this lady today. My first time there and the owner spent the first 15 minutes asking me if my dog bites. She kept telling me that Schnauzer mixes were aIways a problem. I assured her that he has never bit anyone and he was a puppy and was nervous going in there. I told her that if she wasn't comfortable doing it, I would find someone else. I left him there even though I had some concerns.When I returned to pick him up, she told me that I was going to have a problem with him. That he wouldn't sit still and eventually would bite someone. She told me that I needed to walk him and get toys and train him properly. My dog is the most affectionate, loving puppy I could ever have.It is the owner that needs the training. She is very condescending, arrogant, and rude to the customer. She basically told me to find a man that is stronger to groom and control my dog during grooming,. After all of this, she told me that she would bath him every two weeks and "train" him so he would not bite anyone. All for $45. She also informed me of her boarding services. No way in hell would I ever leave my dog with someone like that.How you have been able to stay in business is beyond me. She also sells bait and fishing supplies. Maybe that pays the bills. Stay away people if you love your pet.

AMAZING! I have had my Maltipoo Bo groomed for over 12 years. Colorado and Miami. By far one of the best, if not the best, ever! I brought him in long overdue. I picked him up looking so cute and he was so happy.Highly recommend Jan-T!! I will definitely be coming back! A++

I’ve taken our 2 pups to Jenny for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. She treats them like her own and they really love to get groomed now, imagine that. Our vet always notices how extra clean their teeth are. 5 stars!!

We have been taking our dogs to Jan T grooming for the last 20 years, and I can say that the owner/groomer not only has extreme knowledge about her business, but she also cares about the animals like if they were her own. I trust them with my dog 100 percent.

DO NOT go to this place if you love your dog and his/her fur. The lady is the worst of the worst for dog handling . My mother and I Contacted the store Saturday morning on march 4th to see if we can cut our cute 7 month old Berne doodle that we love so much . and she was already disrespectful with an attitude saying no because she was tired and if we wanted her service she would call us or to look for someone else . I should have followed my instinct and already moved on but we got recommended this place by a vet so we decided to trust it . BIG BUG BIG MISTAKE . The lady cutting hair has shown to have no patience w ppl and definitely not w dogs we asked for a specific cut and she already said she could do it but cut cut his hair SHORT . not shave him down completely leaving patches all over his body and potentially ruining his coat . She is no professional she has been in business for years and can't see what dogs she can or cannot do certain cuts for . I called her to complain about her absolute mess of a job she did of my dog and instead of apologizing or taking so accountability she decides to get into a argument w A PAYING COSTUMER . She did charged us 110 usd to shave him completely I could have done that myself for free . Truly a horrible job from a horrible person . People like her shouldn't be in business love deserve love and affection from their groomers bc that's what the job requieres and she HAS NONE . I'm buying disbelief that someone can be that unprofessional, disrespectful and unloving to a customer and their pets . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PLACE . Please don't make the same mistake as me and do you research call the place bc my beenedoodle is literally traumatized and down bc his hair was cut completely off . I'm beyond disappointed and angry. - 1000 stars

Customer service is sorely lacking. As a 1st time customer I felt like more of an inconvenience than a person who could be coming back for years for services.The actual service; a dog wash, nail trim and ear cleaning was done well.When the lady waved me away with her hand...and, made the hand-gesture of a phone clearly letting me know that se wasn't speaking with me until SHE was ready let's me know that customer service is NOT a priority.

I’ve taken my dogs to get groomed here for over 6 years. Prices are always very reasonable, and my babies come out pretty and clean.

If there was less than 1 star I would pick it. This owner/groomer provides terrible customer service. No accountability on the sloppy haircut given to my dog. The last picture I posted was before dropping him off.. the disaster follows. We clearly told her to BARELY cut around his eyes, just enough so he can see.I will never come back here and I hope you guys take this as a clear warning.

I am never a person to complain but my dog is literally my child and I’m so upset at the results. I trusted her to trim my dogs face after she insisted many times he needed to because the cut I give him is uneven and eyes need to be trimmed. I’ll let the photos show the results. Idk in what mind is this okay or looks anything like how I told her I’d like to keep him. And she has the audacity to say it doesn’t look that bad she barely did anything…. I’m lost for words….Besides the horrible hair cut the rest is fine but I will not be going back because this was on called for and no accountability.

They provide great service and must dog has been coming there for years. The prices are very resonable and she will always fit you in as long as you call early.
