I was greeted by Carolina A, she was very polite, cheerful and welcoming. She explained what the best options of services would be for them. Her bilingual skills was a huge time saver since my parents have limited English skills. In the end my parents came out with a better device, better plan and saved more money on their monthly payments. She made the experience so smooth and easy. He was so detailed and let us know about all the promotion, we left the store sooooo happy and in shocked because there arent many people that like to help these days. “Our remote died and went to get a replacement. Parking can be tight but that's the only issue.
You are met at the door, some people are put off by this, some like it. I was there to replace my long serving XR11 remote.
I was given an XR15 remote. Meh....
I got home and it was more difficult to get it configured than the instructions lead you to believe. 2 days later and it stopped working all together. Took it back after ordering an XR11 from Amazon, just in case....
Same issue trying to get the Samsung TV and the remote paired as per the instructions. Got it to pair by initiating the pairing on the TV instead of through the XFINITY box as per the instructions (set the TV to look for the pairing instead of playing with number combinations to appear on the TV screen as per the instructions)
The ergonomics are not as good as the XR11 and some of the button areas are very stiff, making their selection hit or miss unless you "bear down" on the button.”
