Eek..accidents happen I guess. Last time, she totally burned my hair during a usual highlights process. Lost so much of it. I didn't realize how much to I got home. Maybe it was a bad day cause she usually did ok, but WOW. Not happy and not going back. She had to have c realized how much of my hair was burned off. She's been doing this work for years.

When I arrived I had very very ugly hair because I bought a product that I put in my hair and it left me with super ugly hair that even had a stench and with Norma I came out looking like a princess. It took her time to do the job, I had a lot of patience and On top of that, she is very good at having a conversation. I loved her work and the place is beautiful and clean. I have nothing bad to say. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much Norma. We will see you soon!!

My niece's hair is very curly. Was damaged and uneven from cutting it herself. Norma took the time to blow it out to assess damage and did a beautiful job repairing most of the damage while leaving it the length that my niece wanted. All while also covering my gray and giving me a perfect layered cut that gave my hair volume. I'm now a regular customer!

Ms. Norma herself gave me the best most professional hair experience I’ve ever had, my hair is naturally curly and think and gets very frizzy because of Florida weather’! Ms . Norma specializes in keratin treatments, which is what I had done. As well as highlights and and a trim & and a bang trim. Alll of which were done so fantastic I left the salon a new person! Thank you so much Ms.Norma. (She will be the only salon I go to from now on -)

First salon visit since strict quarantining. Brought both of my daughters for a last minute appointment with Norma new to the area and I was not sure where to go. My daughters have two entirely different hair textures. My oldest daughter has tight curls and our little one very fine hair. She also is very sensitive to any kind of hair pulling. First I was met by very friendly technician, followed by another warm greeting from Norma. She continuously asked both myself and my daughters if they were pleased by the length. Both girls were so happy with the results and the experience. The professionalism and kindness was genuinely one of a kind. I am making an appointment for this coming week.
