“After shopping around for a few weeks, I ended up going with this Mattress Firm store. Not only because of their price, but also because of the great customer service. I initially walked in a few weeks prior to my purchase, mainly "window shopping". I was greeted by Karina. Although I made it clear I was just looking, she was very eager to help. Very nice, professional, friendly and informed on the package I was looking for! I walked in about a month later and she immediately remembered who I was. I told her I was still interested in the same and was ready to buy. Not only did she have me out of the store in 20 minutes, but have me an even better deal that the original! Customer service sometimes seems to be a dying art. Karina, and Alex who I briefly met, but saw the way he attended to his customer while I was there, were definitely the exception! But at a quality far and above the other places with a touch of originality. You will not regret it.”
