Horrible. They are probably great groomers but I will never know. I call during the week to find out when they open . I am taking 3 small dogs. They said 9 am on Saturday. I said for sure. They said yes. Well I show up at 9am sharp. Closed. Stayed waiting while bring attack with mosquitos until 9:39 am and nothing. And you call the phone number and get a recording. Never again. And it's sad because it so close to my house. But my time is scheduled for a reason.

My groomer of over 3 years lived to far for us to continue to commute to her. We have tried 4 groomers locally all have failed. We have a Maltese and she requires careful care. Came across this place several months ago when visiting Milk Ways. Finally decided to give them a call. First of all the place is impeccable, the owner takes extreme care from beginning to end to follow Covid protocol . Very kind and asked several questions. Our nervous Coco came out so happy and she is usually very anxious, the experience was wonderful. We are very pleased and we can not wait to come back so grateful that its a local place. I would recommend this groomer to anyone.
