Terrible experience trying to get WiFi service with Xfinity. The customer service doesn’t know their own process of installation. They sent 3 different technicians over and 3 subcontractors in a period of 2 months and neither knew how to install and dig a cable, blaming themselves and comcast, and leaving the problem to me. Zero communication and follow up. I will try starlink.

Xfinity mobile here the worst I have seen. I have been a member of the company since 2019. I went to buy a cell phone on May 26 and they sold me the promotion that buying one line I get another free one. Everything seemed perfect until I see my bill. They deceived me, they charge me $30 now for the supposed free line, I have tried to talk to supervisors and managers and there are excuses after excuses or they don't return the call or they tell you that they only speak English. I would definitely not recommend xfinity to anyone, after 5 years in the company I have to look for options to get out of here.

Really awful. Long time xfinity customer, when I asked for technical assistance, 2 individuals at door said, “we are tech,” and said that the Eero extender devices I showed them “wouldn’t work” with xfinity. First thing they dismissively said.
Maybe a generational thing. Shouldn’t be greeting customers, though.

Our family left AT&T with the incentive to transfer our service to Xfinity with $200 gift cards per person. It took literally a year with multiple calls and visits to received $500 of the $600 that was promised with the transfer. This past January we transferred another family member to our account with $100 reward incentive and again multiple visits and calls with the manager and still the same pushback. Do not expect anything from Xfinity with their promises unless you are willing to beat them down and hold them to their word.

Our remote died and went to get a replacement. Parking can be tight but that's the only issue.
You are met at the door, some people are put off by this, some like it. I was there to replace my long serving XR11 remote.
I was given an XR15 remote. Meh....
I got home and it was more difficult to get it configured than the instructions lead you to believe. 2 days later and it stopped working all together. Took it back after ordering an XR11 from Amazon, just in case....
Same issue trying to get the Samsung TV and the remote paired as per the instructions. Got it to pair by initiating the pairing on the TV instead of through the XFINITY box as per the instructions (set the TV to look for the pairing instead of playing with number combinations to appear on the TV screen as per the instructions)
The ergonomics are not as good as the XR11 and some of the button areas are very stiff, making their selection hit or miss unless you "bear down" on the button.

Definitely the worst customer service ever. No respect towards the customers. All young people with attitudes. We tried to solve an issue and even the manager was rude.

Terrible service. I left the place after waiting 40 minutes to be attended to. I hope not all Xfinity stores are like this one.
