There was a line when I walked in and when I was finally able to get to a teller, Kris immediately apologized for the wait and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the transaction. Top rated customer service.

Terrible! Close this location! I wanted to purchase foreign currency and was immediately told no one can help. No apology or anything. Then the gentleman slow walked to another person, who may have access, but apparently that person can not help as well. I was told to come back maybe the following day. When I asked for a manager the clerk told me that those instructions came from the manager. No customer service, no empathy no understanding. What kind of bank is that? I understand if they don’t have the requested currency readily available, but none of the 20 people working there could help. Clerk told me to go online, basically to eff myself and even online I cannot just pick up the currency at a bank, but have to have it shipped to an address. Bad service all around! Close branch and or replace manager

Worst customer service 48 minutes to make a deposit just for bussines clients , only 4 people in line ridiculous... taking my account somewhere else !!!!

Unacceptable, I had an appointment at 3 in the afternoon and I was waiting until 5 pm and they did not attend to me, very bad service!!! Appointments are not respected!!! Those who go on a date stop working to go there!!! Please, a little professionalism!!!

Terrible service,rude people,long waiting lines,wait for a week for a simple letter that came wrong,had to go back to another branch ( quail roost and 127 Ave.) with similar results.

Bad customer service…they ask you if you are Cuban and because you are Cuban they treat you differently, I prefer Chase better quality

Horrible waiting time and only 2 tellerBut the other one was for business and the other teller was on lunch and the manager instead of helping out and knowing that the 1st of month is busy busy get more tellers..we waited 1hr

The banker Lázaro has a very bad attitude and is very arrogant...every time I call they help me, however with his arrogance he says that it is not possible and I have to go... I called after a while and another representative helped me with what he could not, The truth is that they will not debate having someone working like that with such a negative attitude...

i recently went to bank of America to set up a joint account for my 13 year old and it was great! The service was amazing and the employee was great too guiding us through the whole process! 5 Stars!
