I love visiting and doing my financial transactions in this branch, the staff is very attentive, cordial, friendly and very professional, they always welcome you with a smile and go beyond your expectations. His manager is always attentive and if his employees are busy, he rolls up the sleeves of his shirt, and starts working with them. All the staff makes your visit a unique experience

If you want the best customer service in town, then this is the Amscot to go to. They are highly trained individuals and will take care of all your lending needs or assist you with the processing of your payments. And if you need any paperwork notarized then speak with Eric. His the man. Over all, we had an excellent experience.

At night, we visited the place with the objective of sending money to Mexico. My husband was receiving help from his son to make the transfer, which is why the employee asked in an unconventional way why he was helping him and minutes. then without making any calls he said that his company would not let him make the shipment. My question is ? What is the reason why this happened that caused the discontent of my husband and my son. Customer service is a priority or am I wrong?
