Natalia, she has zero costumer service skills or respect for costumers.
She showed up at the bank branch 40 minutes after my confirmed appointment and lied on my face saying she did call me to cancel or rescheduling my appointment. Guess what? I have a voicemail from HER reconfirming my appointment.
I’m glad I was not able at the time to open a second account because I won’t feel my personal info would be safe with that kind of weirdo employee.

I have never been inside this branch. I have really only used the ATMs and that is the reason for my low rating. They only have one drive thru ATM and it has been out of service for over two weeks. This translates into long lines at the walk up ATM. As someone who has trouble walking and standing, this is a no go for me. I'd rather go to the branch on Forest Hill.

I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment (everyone was busy) I tried to ask, I waited 20 more minutes, I tried to ask again and the man who was in the service booths closed the door in my face without letting me finish the sentence (very rude ).

Hello, how every client would like to give my humble opinion about this bank headquarters and I tell you that it has been very unprofessional, the bank agent who assisted me took a copy of all my papers to verify if I could apply to open a bank account, I He commented that this process took a few days, and the entire week of March 2, I went and they did not call me when I went on Saturday the 11th to worry about why they had not called me. They told me that the agent had gone on vacation, irresponsibly leaving my process to When he goes on vacation, he can pass the process on to another colleague so that he can continue and not waste my time miserably. Today, no one has called me and I am still waiting. I have made the decision to write this because I feel mistreated and I will not go to this place anymore. It's a shame this bank is so good that such irresponsible people work there.

I went to this branch with an appointment, the agent who helped me was not professional! Honestly, I don't want to comment on my impression here, but it's not the first time, I won't go in again. Thanks for the terrible service, there are many better branches!!

I don't know what's going on at this branch of this bank, they don't want to work, they never resolve anything, everything is by appointment and there is no cobid and you arrive, there is never anyone and they tell you, I can't attend.

Very bad costumer service. They don't want to work. The cashiers have bad service. I wanted to open a credit card and they didn't have time to give me the information. Very bad attitude from all employees. I'm going to close my account and that of my family and I'm going to another bank because I'm tired of them mistreating the customer.

This place is disgraceful make waiting people also you have to make appointment to get your own money this is ridiculous the manager Sherry was very rude and the teller also the person who helps us given as excuses and when you talk to someone they start to sale there products instead to do what you need that is why I close my accounts with this Bank
