“This store, and Marcus & Lacy, saved the day!!! I first went to a UPS Store in Delray. I walked in with 3 small plastic bags of clothes and asked to buy a 14” box, and ship the clothes. They told me that I could buy the box but that I would have to go out to the curb or anywhere else to put the bags into the box. They said that it wasn’t allowed to do any packing in the store! I have never heard of such a thing. They weren’t super pleasant about it.So I called this Palm Springs location and spoke with Lacy who said to come on over. Marcus was super helpful and I was in and out of the store in 10 mins — bought my box, filled it, taped it up right there in the store as normal, and was back on my way.Also? The Delray store quoted me $9 for the 14” box whereas it was only $7 at Palm Springs.”

“Searching Google for a "fax near me" & found DM Postal Services. Had never been there before, but found it to be a great place providing mailing, faxing shipping & an array of miscellaneous office supplies. I needed to send a fax to obtain food stamp benefits while in-between jobs, but the counter person couldn't have been more understanding. They deserve an A plus. Thanks again”

Artwork arrived in perfect condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Expresso Mail. BTW, they were also very friendly! Thanks Expresso!”

“Fed ex dropped a box off at a vrbo I was renting by mistake. I felt it important to redirect it to proper person. 800 customer service for fed ex was of no help. A drop off location near me was also of no help. I was driving near Eagle Shipping Center and called to see if I could drop off with them. Immediately took box and said they would somehow get it picked up by FedEx and delivered appropriately. That's what I would have expected from the so call FedEx customer service. Thank goodness Eagle Shipping understands real service thanks to Cesar Echeverry.”

“We've been using this service and business for 5 yrs. We always are treated well. The staff is excellent and when an issue arises they know how to help. I am sure there are issues once in a great while, no business is perfect, but if you can hit 99% of the time....why are you complaining? Just work to fix it and move on. We use them almost exclusively. Never a serious line to get things done. It's a small business so it's nice to support them. Highly recommended.”

“I got my fingerprints taken here a few days ago and some papers notarized and I have to say this place is amazing the short girl who took care of me was very sweet they have amazing deals on the po. Boxes among other things they have different options when it comes to shipping which is amazing no long lines like the post office I will be coming back here very often this place became my favorite mailing and printing center and once again the service was amazing and they also accept packages with your own label or they print it for you not like Walgreens. All I have to say is I left this place very pleased that's why I'm giving it 5 stars and I will be back soon”
