I recently visited Quest Diagnostics and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff, particularly the women working there. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was unfriendly and rude. They seemed irritated by the presence of patients and made no effort to hide their annoyance.
During the check-in process, their demeanor was curt and unwelcoming. They provided minimal assistance and acted as though any questions or requests were a burden. Their dismissive and condescending tone was shocking, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism are crucial.
While I waited, I observed the staff interacting with other patients in the same unfriendly manner. There was a general atmosphere of hostility and impatience that made the entire experience uncomfortable and stressful.
When it was finally my turn, the technician was rough and inattentive, adding to the distressing experience. There was no effort to make the process smoother or more comfortable for me as a patient.
Overall, the rude and unprofessional conduct of the women at Quest Diagnostics was unacceptable. Their behavior left a lasting negative impression and significantly detracted from the quality of care. I hope that Quest Diagnostics addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more respectful and supportive environment for all patients in the future.
Additionally, during my visit, the technician asked for my payment card and attempted to charge me directly, claiming that my insurance had been exhausted. This was done in a very suspicious manner, making it seem as though I had no remaining coverage when, in fact, I did. It felt like an attempt to steal money by misleading me about my insurance status. This further eroded my trust in the facility and highlighted the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the staff.

The center is close to my house, is convenient to get into and out of, with plenty of parking. I particularly liked the ease of rescheduling my appointment when circumstances made it necessary. The check-in process was also quick and easy. The only drawback is the chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable for fat people like myself. Perhaps a few benches or chairs without arms could be obtained?

My husband’s appointment was at 9:30 am. We got here at 9.00am, it’s 10.51am and not signal of they will call us. Rude personal, unprofessional and incompetent.

I had an appointment at 10:30, checked in at 10:36. This tech came out acknowledged my appt and sent someone home who didn’t have an appt. At 10:50, about 20 mins in the waiting room she proceeded to tell me I came late and couldn’t attend me!!!! She is lazy and rude! I told her I checked in 1036, I have a daughter and it was raining and a dr appt on Thursday. Did not care. She deserves to be fired!!! 0 customer service!!!

The young woman who cared for me was excellent. Polite and respectful. Spoke clearly with me. Explained the tests that she was drawing. Perfect puncture. Easy peasy. I would definitely go to that location again. No wait time. In and out in 7 minutes.

This location is the worst. The women working here should not be in the health care field. Not only did they screw up my lab work (so I had to come back)…they are also highly unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients. Today was the last straw. I had an appointment at 3pm and waited an hour and nobody came to get me and then the lady came out and told me they were closing, I didn’t have an appointment and I had to reschedule. I told them multiple times that I had an appointment and she claimed I didn’t (even though I had the email + Text opened with the date/time/location). Also, my appointment today was only scheduled because the one I scheduled on the 19th was canceled due to “ Maintenance”. I showed the woman that email as well and she claimed “no we’re not”… even though it’s literally on the top of their webpage. Anyways, I’m done. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your blood drawn.

The re.was very compassionate there was an elderly gentleman who had a 9:30 appointment who was diabetic who was waiting in the waiting room. it was now 10:00 a.m when I was called in for my 9:40 appointment. He went up to find out why no one has called him in. She went ahead and helped him while asking me to wait in the next room. I am commending her about the compassion she showed. Good job.

For me, I wouldn't give them a single star. The staff is very attentive. VERY RUDE. They almost hit me because I asked a question. I saw an adult lady who doesn't know how to use the registration machine and in a super rude way they told her that she has to learn, which is That's it, Cubans come here and think it's their country and it's not free.

Absolutely Ridiculous!
You make an appointment,come in early, sign in and see your name on the screen but they can remove your name from the list and have you wait another hour. I asked each nurse that opened the door about my name being removed they were so nasty and said I was going to be called and ignored the fact that they were still taking patients after me. Finally one nurse heard me and told me that infact my name was deleted. Everyone in the lobby heard me ask multiple times in English and Spanish. I recommend you sit right by the door and if you they remove your name you keep asking. They need to train their staff on common sense on how to treat their patients and help with.
