Had a rush job to print and fax and needed the fax confirmation to show the image. No other services in the area show the image on the report. Moin was working and was kind and courteous and provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this business for any shipping, printing, fax etc needs over the others. This place is fabulous. A real hidden gem. They just opened up and are able to help me with all of my printing needs (even the difficult ones). Moin gives such quality customer service! I had an issue and he resolved it without even batting an eye. I was over the moon by the time I left and needed to leave a review. You won’t regret stopping in (they even have cheaply priced snacks and drinks)!

I went in the other day to mail a flexible envelope package with a pair of shorts in it. Wasn't more than a half an inch thick and envelope was 14 inches square. Weighed1.5 lb. Going to Pennsylvania. The young man told me it would be $35 for the cheapest way to ship. What?!!! I told him I just mailed a big box 27" wide and 17" high weighing 35 lbs. at the other UPS store at Riverbridge for $30! I asked him to please double check. He again said it would be $35. Thanks but no thanks. I mailed it out at UPS at Riverbridge the next day for $13.50. Will not be going there again even though it's way closer to where I live.

This is a small family owned business. Both owners are very friendly! I needed something printed ASAP. I called a few printing shops but this was the only one willing to accommodate me. I can tell they really value their customers. I made a mistake and they were very understanding. I will definitely use them again!

Best staff, best place to take passport-type pictures. I went without knowing that white shirts are not allowed for this and they borrow my daughter one, no cost. That’s giving the extra mile! ?

package was sent to the store for me to pick up but the store told me they didn't have it for more than two weeks. I made dozens of phone calls to Wayfair where the item was bought and every time it tracked to UPS but they could find it. then frantically called apartment complex management because I assumed it had mistakenly been left at an old address and then stolen. finally went to UPS and asked them to check three times giving initials of employee who received the package and on the third try the package was found. ups employees were irritated and rude when asked to look both on the phone and in person.
