I called the sister store and was asked to call the main (palm springs) location. There was not one person in the entire store that could have a conversation in English, furthermore the woman who answered the phone began to get rude when said I don't speak spanish?!?
I was calling in regards of gold prices to spend a couple thousand dollars on a chain. I suppose I'll never come here...

What a pleasant experience I just had at this jewelry store, from the moment you walk in the staff welcomes you in with smiles. I went in to size my diamond wedding ring and they were able to cut the ring off my finger and didn’t charge me for that. They said to give my finger a few days to de swell before resizing. They are kind and not pushy like other jewelry stores and their repair prices are very fair. I will be back to do a lot of business with them!
