This store is running a scam I had someone went over to pay their phone bill and the next day the phone was disconnected. And this not the first time this happened. When you pay your phone bill in the store or online they usually send u a confirmation code but this store they take the money act like the phone is being paid and confirmation code is sent. I’m gonna report this to the fraud department to have everyone investigated. I’m absolute furious

amazing store, had an issue and the new manager they have their attends to actually helping the customer and their concern. Kathy thank you for the help and your awesome customer service, definitely returning here when ever i need anything.

I was trying to start a plan and this employee eyvoone was very rude and annoying she was the worst employee I hated my time there it was a waste of my time it wasn't even good their was a couple of spider webs and the place looked haunted, she didn't tell me the price and she raised her voice at me overall she was incredibly disrespectful to me.

Came in for a new phone.. Guy didn't seem like he wanted to assist with retrieving a pass code. Just simply told me he couldn't do anything without it. I left that store pretty bothered. I drove miles away to another location on belvedere just to avoid going back to this one and I live 3 minutes from this location. The LADIES at belvedere were happy to help and quick on their toes. I was out in 20 mins. This place on 10th needs some serious customer service training. Unless that changes, don't see myself, friends or family spending our hundreds at this location.

This place is AMAZING! Great customer service, unmatchable prices, friendly staff and they remembered by 1st name when I walked through the door. When not busy employees are always ready to receive customers on the showroom when customers walk through the doors. Ask for Dee the store manager to get even better deals!
