Edwin and Alex were so helpful. I showed up late on a Sunday because my phone stopped working and I needed a new one right away. They were both very kind and helpful and didn't even seem bother to stay late to finish my purchase and transfer. Very grateful for them!

I'm giving the 5 stars, because when i went to this metro store I feeled so comfortable and well trusted with the service that the lady Cherlyn provide to me, I just walk in to the store and she welcomed me with a beautiful smile, that nowadays we dont see anymore in a lot of places. She helped me a lot with questions about getting a new phone and I'm so happy with the phone I got know is more faster, I can download a lot of apps and files without having to worry about storage, I definitely recommend this store!

I had a very bad experience with the Metropcs on 5335 N Millitary and Sabbir/Alex was able to help me right away. Not only did he do his job but went above to try and find a solution and better price. If you need Metro, go here and go to Alex/Sabbir.
