“I was in need of a lift to stand recliner rental after back surgery and did not realize it until post surgery in the hospital. My wife called around needing it delivered the next day and everyone told her it would be a week. Thankfully not only did medical homecare deliver the next day, but the owner was so accommodating to deliver by a certain time since I was being discharged and my wife could not be at home during the normal window. The gentlemen who delivered it was so respectful of my home, made sure my wife knew how to use it and the chair was delivered so clean. I had to rent a knee roller and originally thought that I would only be in it for a month. Then found out that I would have to be in it for another month. Well, I completely forgot to go back to pay for the additional time. I believe it was the owner and Joan that I've been working with, and both have been truly remarkable! Any problems that I had were minor most of them in fact all of them were my fault and I wasn't using the machine properly.
